A Tour of the Ercol Factory [SOLD OUT]

This tour was originally scheduled for the 27th of November and has now been rescheduled for the 4th of December.

Ercol’s Chairman, Henry Tadros, will give a tour of the ercol factory in Princes Risborough. This is a rare opportunity to see inside the 16,000sqm factory, as due to manufacturing constraints the factory is not open to the public.

Henry Tadros, Lucian Ercolanis great-grandson, will tour the group throughout the factory looking at machining, steam bending, assembling and finishing of the classic ercol designs.

The tour will take approximately 2 hours.

For adults. Unfortunately no children (under 16) are allowed in the factory.
Hi-vis vests and safety goggles will be provided that must be worn whilst in the factory.

Accessibility info: While the factory floor is accessible the nature of a tour around the factory means there is a fair amount of walking. It is also quite loud in the factory, as there is machinery running throughout the tour – it may be challenging for those hard of hearing.
